Lobby trees and atrium displays that match the building.
Pre-lit trees from 7 to over 20 feet, dressed in a scheme that matches your finishes or your brand, delivered and set up overnight so the lobby opens finished. Garland on railings and columns, wreaths at every entrance, planters at the doors.
We lease the whole display, so there is nothing to buy, store or replace. It arrives in October or November, we service it all season, and it leaves in January.

Building outlines, canopies and every tree on the property.
Commercial-grade LED strings and C9 bulbs on rooflines, porte-cochères, columns and signage. Trunk and canopy wraps on boulevard trees, lit cone trees in planters and medians, warm-white hedges along the walkways.
Crews work from bucket trucks and lifts outside business hours with a traffic plan where one is needed. Timers and photocells are set by us, and any fault is fixed at no charge all season.

From site visit to January takedown

Site visit & brief
We walk the property with you from July to September, measure rooflines and trees, check lobby ceiling heights, outlets and lift access, and listen to what the display needs to do for your guests, tenants or shoppers. Plans and photos work when a visit is not practical.

Design & proposal
We design a scheme matched to your brand or interior finishes, with ribbon and ornament samples you can see in the space. The proposal lists scope, product, install and takedown windows, and shows the seasonal lease and purchase options side by side.

Agreement & scheduling
A short agreement confirms the scope and the dates. A deposit reserves your install window and lets us pull product from inventory or order custom pieces. We confirm after-hours access, power and parking for lifts with your building staff before anyone arrives.

Installation
Exterior work goes in from October using our bucket trucks and aerial lifts. Interior trees, garland and wreaths go in through November, overnight for hotels and malls, after hours for offices and condos, so the display is lit before late November.

Season-long maintenance
Any fault in the display is fixed at no charge through the season. The truck carries matching strings, bulbs and timers because the product is ours. Timer changes for events are a phone call, and larger programs get our own drive-by checks.

Takedown, storage & rebooking
The same crews remove the display in the first three weeks of January, after hours where needed. Everything is tested, labelled by property and stored in our warehouse. Returning clients get priority dates, and multi-year clients already have next season booked.

Insured and WSIB-compliant crews
Our installers are insured and WSIB-compliant, and we provide certificates of insurance and WSIB clearance for your vendor file at proposal stage. We work at height from our own bucket trucks and aerial lifts, never from a ladder on a gutter.
After-hours and overnight installs
Guest arrivals, tenant traffic and deliveries keep moving. We agree an install window with your building staff, work overnight where it suits the property and leave a finished display with no ladders, packaging or cords across a lobby.
Season-long maintenance included
A dark tree section, a tripped circuit, a timer knocked out after the time change or a plug pulled by a snowplow is fixed when you call, at no charge. On larger programs we do our own drive-by checks so many faults are fixed before anyone notices.
January takedown and labelled storage
Takedown runs through the first three weeks of January, after hours where needed. Everything is tested, labelled by property and location and stored in our warehouse. Your mechanical room and storage cage stay empty, and your product is ready on your reserved date next season.
