Seasonal maintenance and service, included on every program
Seasonal maintenance is included on every commercial holiday lighting and decor program we install, with no charge for any fault. A dark section on a roofline, a lobby tree with a band of lights out, a cone tree knocked over by a plow, a timer that lost its schedule after a power blip: you call or text, and we fix it. That is the standard, not a service tier.
Get a fixed seasonal price
A site visit, a design and a fixed seasonal price. No obligation.
We can promise this because everything we install is our own commercial-grade inventory. Crews carry spare strings, tree sections, plugs, clips, bows and timers, so most calls are fixed on the first visit rather than waiting on parts. Exterior service runs from the same bucket trucks and lifts as the install, so a third-storey roofline is as reachable in December as it was in November.
After a major wind or ice storm we check exposed properties without being asked, because the point of a commercial display is that it is on and complete every night of the season. Service visits are scheduled after hours wherever possible, and we respond to every request within one business day, usually the same day in December. Property managers get one number for every site on the program.
Ideal for
- Hotels where the entrance must be lit every night
- Shopping centres with December foot traffic
- Office and condo lobbies with daily tenant traffic
- Property managers running several sites
- Exposed exterior programs on rooflines and parking lots
- Municipal displays and downtown streets
Everything in a maintenance & service program
Lighting faults
A section out on a roofline, tree wrap or garland run is traced to the failed string, plug or fuse and replaced from stock on the truck. Pre-lit trees are wired in sections, so we swap the section rather than rewire the tree. Our commercial product uses the same connectors across the program, which keeps repairs quick.
Timers, photocells and power
Timers that lost their program after an outage are reset to your hours. Photocells that are shaded by snow or a new sign are repositioned. A tripped GFCI or breaker is traced to the cause, usually water in a connection, which is dried, re-taped and elevated. We leave a note of what changed.
Physical damage
Cone trees and planters knocked by plows or carts are reset and re-staked. Clips pulled by wind are replaced and the run re-tensioned. Ribbon and ornaments pulled loose in a lobby are re-tied or replaced. Tree wraps that have slipped are re-secured. Vehicle strikes and vandalism are documented with photos for your insurance.
Storm checks
After significant wind, ice or heavy snow we check exposed exterior programs, especially rooflines, porte-cochères and parking-lot trees, and fix anything that has moved or gone dark. You do not need to call. Lift work waits until wind and ice allow it to be done safely, and we tell you if there is a delay.
Response times
We respond to every service request within one business day, and in December most calls are handled the same day. Interior work is scheduled after hours with your concierge or security. Exterior work runs at night where lifts and traffic make that safer. High-visibility faults, such as a dark hotel entrance, are prioritised.
One number, logged visits
Property managers get one phone number for every site on their program. Each service visit is logged with what was found and what was done, and we send a short note with photos when it helps. At the end of the season you have a record of every issue and fix, which makes next year's planning easier.
Four steps, no surprises
- 1
Report the issue
Call or text 519-266-6796 or email with the property and a quick description. A photo from your phone helps us bring the right parts. Storm checks happen without a call on exposed properties.
- 2
Scheduled after-hours visit
We confirm a time with your site contact, usually after hours, and arrive with the lift or ladders and spares the job needs. Most faults are fixed on the first visit because the product is our own stock.
- 3
Fix, test and reset
The fault is corrected, the circuit is tested end to end and the timer or photocell is checked so the display comes on that evening. We look over the rest of the program while we are there.
- 4
Log and follow up
The visit is logged with what was found and fixed. If something points to a larger issue, such as an outlet that keeps tripping, we tell you so your electrician can look at it before it causes a dark night.
