Shopping center holiday lighting company for plazas and malls
A shopping center holiday lighting company is judged from the road. We light plazas and enclosed malls across Southwestern Ontario, the GTA and Hamilton-Niagara so the centre reads as the place to shop from the moment a driver sees the pylon sign: giant trees in the courtyard, parking-lot and boulevard trees wrapped, storefront rooflines outlined and, inside, a Santa set and village that bring families back through December.

The problems a holiday program has to solve
Commercial plaza Christmas tree installation is the usual starting point. A giant lit tree at the main entrance, engineered for wind and set clear of plow routes, with lighting that carries from the sign to the storefronts so there is no dark gap in the middle. Enclosed malls add a Santa photo set, a village display and concourse trees sized to the court.
All of it is built overnight after close with lifts, traffic control and a crew that is off the lot before the first delivery. Maintenance is included at no charge, which matters when thousands of shoppers walk past a display each day. January takedown, labelled storage and multi-year pricing that locks dates before Black Friday are standard. Tenants get a consistent look across every bay.
Request a QuoteFoot traffic through December
The display has to work from early November to the week after Christmas with no dark nights, because tenants notice and shoppers compare. We use commercial-grade product, put every circuit on a timer or photocell, check exposed lighting after storms and fix any fault at no charge, usually the same day.
Lifts, traffic and overnight access
Rooflines, lot trees and giant trees all need a lift, and the lot cannot be closed. We install after close with cones, a spotter and a plan for fire lanes and loading, and the lift is gone before deliveries start. Interior builds in a mall court run after the doors lock and are opened each morning.
Tenant expectations and the pylon sign
A lit sign with a dark drive and lit storefronts with a dark courtyard both look unfinished. We design continuity from the pylon sign along the boulevard to the entrance tree and across the storefront rooflines, so the whole frontage reads as one centre. Tenants see a consistent look rather than a patchwork.
Power across a large site
Lot trees and boulevard medians are often far from an outlet. We survey lamp-post receptacles and exterior circuits in summer, split loads so breakers are not near their limit, run weatherproof feeds where needed and tell you in the quote if your electrician should add a receptacle before install.
Where the decor goes in plazas & malls

Entrance and courtyard giant tree
A giant pre-lit or cone tree at the main entrance or courtyard, with a star topper and a lit base, often in the centre's colours. Trees are engineered for wind, ballasted or staked, set back from plow routes and built from a lift overnight on their own timed circuit.

Parking lot and boulevard trees
Rows of lot evergreens and median or boulevard trees wrapped in warm white or colour so the drive in is lit, not just the storefronts. Installed from a bucket truck at night with cones and a spotter, powered from lamp-post receptacles or dedicated weatherproof feeds.

Storefront rooflines and columns
C9 or mini LED along the storefront roofline, columns wrapped in garland, wreaths over entrances and posts. We run one continuous look across the whole frontage so no tenant's bay is dark and the roofline reads from the far side of the lot.

Santa set and photo moment
For enclosed malls, a modular Santa cabin or village set with seating, backdrop, queue fencing and a photo podium, framed by decorated trees. The camera angle is designed first and the set is placed so the queue never blocks a storefront or an exit.

Atrium and concourse
A giant atrium tree under the skylight, concourse trees sized to the court, sleigh and reindeer features and garland on railings and planters, all built overnight and secured against carts and crowds. Decor stays clear of sprinklers, exits and storefront lines.
