Commercial Holiday Decorators is a commercial interior holiday decor company based in London, Ontario. We design, supply, install, maintain and remove holiday decor for office lobbies, hotel atriums, condo entrances, reception areas and elevator lobbies across Southwestern Ontario, the GTA and Hamilton-Niagara. Everything you see is our own inventory, which is why we can stand behind it for the whole season.

An interior program usually starts with a decorated pre-lit tree sized to the ceiling, then builds out from there: lit garland on staircases and railings, an entrance arch, wreaths on glass, planters at the doors and ornament accents at the reception desk. Colour schemes are matched to your brand or your interior finishes, so the decor looks like it belongs in the building rather than dropped into it.
The work happens after hours or overnight so tenants, guests and deliveries are not disrupted. Our crews are insured and WSIB-compliant, trees are secured against tipping, and every power connection runs on a timer. If anything fails during the season we fix it at no charge. In January we take it all down, label it and store it in our warehouse for next year.

Design and colour scheme
We visit the space, measure ceiling heights, note the finishes and propose a scheme that fits. Gold and warm white suits marble and granite lobbies; navy and silver works against glass and steel. You get photos and a written scope before anything is ordered, so the board or the GM can approve a specific look.
Decorated pre-lit trees
Commercial-grade pre-lit trees from 7 to 20+ ft, fully decorated with ribbon, ornaments and toppers before you arrive in the morning. Trees are weighted and secured, lights are LED and the plug runs to a timer. Atrium trees over 12 ft are assembled from a lift with a two-person crew.
Garland, arches and railings
Lit garland along staircase railings, across reception desks, over elevator banks and around entrance vestibules. We build walk-through garland arches over glass doors where the structure allows. Attachments use clips and ties that leave no marks on stone, wood or glass, and nothing blocks a door closer or an exit sign.
Planters, wreaths and accents
Urns and planters at the doors dressed with evergreen, birch, lit branches and ribbon. Wreaths on glass walls and over entrances, lit gift boxes beside elevators, ornament clusters at the desk. These are the pieces that make the lobby read as finished from every angle, including the security camera.
Themed and custom displays
For larger atriums and hotels we build custom themed displays: light tunnels, sleigh features, reindeer sculptures, lit birch forests and photo moments. We design around traffic flow and fire code, keep every piece on a timer and leave you a plan showing where each element sits so security knows what to expect.
Season service, takedown and storage
A bulb out, a ribbon pulled loose by a stroller, a tree nudged by a mover: we come back and fix it at no charge. In the first three weeks of January we remove everything, inventory it by location, label it and store it in our climate-controlled warehouse. Your dates are held for next season.

Site visit and measurements
Between July and September we walk the lobby with you, measure clearances, check power locations and photograph the sightlines from the entrance, the elevators and the street. Buildings outside our daily range can send plans and photos to start.

Design, scope and quote
You receive a written scope with tree sizes, garland footage, planter counts and reference photos, priced for one season or a multi-year term. We note any lift access or after-hours security requirements so there are no surprises on install night.

Overnight installation
Installs run October through late November, scheduled with your concierge or property manager for after hours. A typical lobby program is complete in one night. We bring the lift, the protection for your floors and our own extension cords and timers.

Service, takedown and storage
We check in through the season and respond to any fault at no charge. Takedown happens in January on a date you choose. Everything is labelled and stored in our warehouse so next year's install starts from a known inventory.
