Holiday decorating for office buildings and corporate campuses
Commercial holiday decorating services for office buildings start with the lobby, because that is where every tenant, client and courier forms an opinion about the building. We decorate office towers and corporate campuses across Southwestern Ontario, the GTA and Hamilton-Niagara: lobby and atrium trees, elevator-lobby and reception decor, lit entrances and tree wrapping along the approach, installed overnight so the workday is never interrupted.

The problems a holiday program has to solve
A typical downtown program is a 12 to 20 ft tree against the marble or granite feature wall, accent trees at the vestibule, lit gift boxes beside the elevators, garland over the doors and the entrance trees on the sidewalk wrapped in warm white. Colour schemes follow the lobby finishes or the landlord's standard across a portfolio. Reference photos come from our own office installs.
Tenant appreciation is the usual reason an office landlord adds decor, and consistency is the usual reason a corporate campus does. Either way, everything is our own inventory, maintenance is included at no charge, takedown runs in the first three weeks of January and the decor is stored in our warehouse, labelled by building, until next season. Security gets crew names and certificates of insurance ahead of install night.
Request a QuoteNo disruption to the workday
Office lobbies are busiest from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and a lift in the lobby at noon is unacceptable. We install overnight or on a weekend, coordinate with security and the building operator, book the loading dock and freight elevator and leave the lobby clean before the first tenant badges in.
Security and after-hours access
Downtown towers need crew names in advance, escorts and a sign-in process. We provide the crew list, vehicle details and certificate of insurance ahead of the install night, follow the building's contractor rules and keep the property manager informed of arrival and departure times.
Consistency across buildings
Landlords with several buildings want one look that scales with the lobby, not a different vendor and a different tree in each. We set a standard scheme, vary tree height and accent pieces by building, install on one schedule and keep one labelled inventory for the portfolio in our warehouse.
Tenant appreciation that looks intentional
A lone tree in a 30 ft lobby looks like an afterthought. We design to the scale of the space: the right height for the ceiling, accent trees to fill the width, garland that follows the architecture and exterior lighting that carries the look to the sidewalk so tenants see it on the way in.
Where the decor goes in office buildings

Main lobby and atrium
A 12 to 20+ ft decorated tree sized to the ceiling and set against the feature wall or centred under the atrium, flanked by lit accent trees. Built from a lift overnight, secured against tipping, with lighting on a timer set to building hours and a scheme matched to the stone and metal of the lobby.

Elevator lobbies
A decorated tree or a pair of accent trees between the elevator banks, lit gift boxes and a wreath or sign, so the decor continues past the security desk. Pieces are secured, out of the door swing and sized so a crowd at 5 p.m. still moves freely.

Entrance vestibule
Lit garland arched over the glass doors, wreaths on the vestibule and planters at the entrance dressed with evergreen, birch and lit branches. Attachments suit glass and metal, and nothing interferes with door closers, exit hardware or the accessible entrance.

Sidewalk trees and planters
Street trees and sidewalk planters outside the tower wrapped in warm white with blue or coloured accent lighting in the beds, powered from the building's exterior circuits on a photocell. Installed from a lift at night with the sidewalk kept open for pedestrians.

Campus entrances and grounds
For suburban campuses, roofline outlines on the main building, tree wrapping along the entrance drive, lit cone trees at the sign and lighting in the courtyard between wings. Lifts work after hours with the drive kept clear for shift changes and deliveries.
Three ways to scope it
Every program is custom quoted. These are the shapes most properties land on.

- Decorated pre-lit lobby tree, 9 to 12 ft
- Entrance wreath
- Security or reception desk garland
- Timer on every circuit
- Season maintenance, takedown and storage
Signature
A tower program: a tall lobby or atrium tree with accent trees, decor at the elevators, a garland arch over the vestibule, lit planters at the doors and the sidewalk trees wrapped so the building reads from the street.

- Elevator-lobby trees and lit gift boxes
- Vestibule garland arch and lit planters
- Sidewalk tree wrapping and bed lighting

- Atrium tree 16 to 20+ ft
- Themed lobby display or photo moment
- Entrance drive and courtyard lighting
- Roofline or canopy outline
- Portfolio-wide scheme and schedule
